OUR PROCESS
We facilitate asset protection for both sides of large bulk purchase transactions by hiring professional fiduciary services of third-party, state-licensed and insured Escrow Companies. These transactions require “proofing up” with a 25% Buyer Deposit held in an escrow account. Funds to close are released by Buyer in writing only after Terms of Sale have been met. Our escrow procedure provides all parties to the transaction with the added security, confidence and trust for a smooth and successful transaction.
